Hours of Operation
We operate on business days (Monday to Friday) from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time – EST).
During these hours, our team is actively:
- Working on client projects
- Responding to customer queries
- Providing technical and creative support
We are not available on weekends or on public holidays listed below.
Public Holidays (Observed)
- New Year’s Day – 1 January
- Ash Wednesday – Date varies
- Good Friday – Date varies
- Easter Monday – Date varies
- Labour Day – 23 May
- Emancipation Day – 1 August
- Independence Day – 6 August
- National Heroes Day – Third Monday in October
- Christmas Day – 25 December
- Boxing Day – 26 December
We may also announce additional non-working days at our discretion. Any such changes will be communicated via email and/or a notification on our website in advance.
Response Time for Queries
We aim to respond to all customer queries as quickly as possible during working hours:
- General inquiries – within 1 business day
- Website updates & maintenance requests – 24 to 48 hours (depending on complexity)
- New project inquiries – 1 to 2 business days
If you reach out outside of our business hours, we will respond as soon as possible on the next working day.
Urgent Requests
If you have an urgent issue, please submit your request using our Contact Form. We will prioritise these requests within our available hours.
