We Do Not Offer Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any of our services, including but not limited to graphic design, web design, copywriting, video production, event production, and social media marketing. Once payment is made for our services, it is non-refundable.

Exception

In exceptional cases where we are unable to provide the services as described in the Scope of Work due to unforeseen circumstances, we may offer a credit or alternative service of equivalent value at our discretion.
