Termination by Binge Island

Binge Island LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason. Possible reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Non-Payment: Failure to make timely payments for services as agreed upon in an existing contract.

Termination by You

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by logging in to your account and canceling your current plan or by sending a support request to our team asking to terminate your account. Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services will cease at the expiry date stated on the Account Settings page of the App.
• All content or data associated with your account may be deleted or retained, at our discretion
• You are responsible for the prompt payment of any outstanding fees or charges incurred before termination
• Any provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination, shall remain in full force and effect. This includes, but is not limited to, the Sections on Content Ownership, No Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.

Data Retention

We will retain your account and related data for a period as required by applicable law. After that period, your data may be deleted from our systems. Binge Island LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage to your data that may occur as a result of termination.

Access Termination

In the event of termination, Binge Island LLC may deny you access to our services or take any other action deemed necessary to enforce these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be settled exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Jamaica.

Binge Island LLC is a company incorporated in the United States. However, we currently provide our services exclusively in Jamaica. As such, any legal issues, disputes, or claims that may arise in connection with our services are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and any legal proceedings will be conducted within the jurisdiction of Jamaican courts.
