Scope of Work

Estimated Delivery Times
We guarantee the delivery of each individual website build within twenty (20) days, encompassing design, testing, and final delivery, ensuring timely and efficient web design services.
We guarantee the delivery of each individual website design request within forty-eight (48) hours, encompassing design, testing, and final delivery, ensuring timely and efficient web design services.
Definition of Individual Web Design Requests
Each individual web design request, as well as each website or web page revision, is considered a distinct entity under this Service Level Agreement. For instance, if multiple web design updates are requested within a single submission, each update within that request will be treated as a separate individual web design request for the purpose of delivery timelines and compliance with the terms outlined herein.
Performance Metrics
We will monitor and report on the performance of web design and maintenance services as outlined in the Scope of Work. Key performance metrics may include but are not limited to the quality of the website and adherence to agreed specifications.
Service Levels
We commit to meeting the estimated delivery times for web design and maintenance services to the best of our ability. However, unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times, and we will inform you of any delays in a timely manner via email.
