This Service Level Agreement (the “SLA”) outlines the agreed-upon terms between Binge Island LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and our customers (“you,” “your”) regarding the delivery of our video editing service. By using our service, you agree to the terms outlined in this SLA.

Scope of Work

The scope of work and services covered by this SLA are as described in the Scope of Work document provided to you. You can find the full Scope of Work on our Help Center.

Estimated Delivery Times

We guarantee the delivery of each individual video request within 24 hours, encompassing video concept, production, editing, and final delivery, ensuring timely and efficient video editing services.

Definition of Individual Video Requests

Each individual video request, as well as each video revision, is considered a distinct entity under this Service Level Agreement. For instance, if multiple videos are requested within a single submission, each video within that request will be treated as a separate individual video request for the purpose of delivery timelines and compliance with the terms outlined herein.

Performance Metrics

We will monitor and report on the performance of video editing services as outlined in the Scope of Work. Key performance metrics may include but are not limited to the quality of edited videos and adherence to agreed specifications.

Service Levels

We commit to meeting the estimated delivery times for video editing services to the best of our ability. However, unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times, and we will inform you of any delays in a timely manner via email.
